Security

Our CCTV cameras send us both email and sms notification if any movement is detected out of usual working hours. An image is also included so that we know wether the detection is a false alarm or needs attention. The room also has air conditioning facilities and is just across from our main office, allowing us to quickly respond to any problems that may occur.

Support

All of the machines we look after are monitored 24x7x365 by two independent SNMP and agent based monitoring systems. If any performance issues, software faults or hardware errors occur, our staff will be alerted both through a web interface and by email. They will then decide on the best solution and contact you straight away. We also graph your bandwidth usage so that you only pay for exactly what you use.

Reliability and Performance

Our 2mb dedicated circuit provides an ideal connection on which to host any web service. We'll put your server behind a UPS and install the necessary software to allow your machine to be shut down cleanly in the event of a power failure, ensuring that no data is lost. If you opt for a dedicated server, we'll assess your requirements and build a server fit for purpose running any variant of Linux, Windows Server or versions of Solaris 7 through 10. Our shared hosting server is backed up nightly, we can also provide your dedicated or colocated server with a backup option if you require.
